Executive Director Patricia Hughes will present at the January 30th symposium organized by Neighbourhood Legal Services to celebrate their 40th Anniversary as a community legal clinic, to speak about access to justice for those living in poverty.
She will also speak about the LCO’s final report in family law and its concern with diversity and collaborative provision of services at the Connecting Ottawa conference on March 5th.
The LCO will participate in the 2014 Federation of Law Reform Agencies of Canada Symposium to be hosted by the British Columbia Law Institute and the Law Reform Commission of Saskatchewan in Vancouver, B.C. from February 20 to 22, 2014.
The LCO has been included among access to justice organizations invited to the National Action Committee’s Colloquium on access to justice at the end of January.
