Following a call that resulted in over 80 applications, the LCO Board of Governors recently appointed two new members: Mark Berlin brings many years of legal policy work with the federal government, having recently retired from the Department of Justice, and Maria Páez Victor is a policy consultant in health, environment and communication. Reflecting the LCO’s commitment to diversify beyond the legal community, Maria Páez Victor is the LCO’s first non-legally trained Board member.
