Judy Mungovan, Ministry of the Attorney General LCO Counsel in Residence and head of our Class Actions project will participate in a number of events in April.

• April 23, 2014: Class Actions Seminar – The LCO has been invited to speak at a Class actions seminar in Toronto, organized by the National Judicial Institute.

• April 23, 2014: “Women of Class” Judy will participate in this networking event organized by / for women working in Class Actions.

• April 24-25, 2014:  Osgoode Professional Development’s 11th National Symposium on Class Actions – the LCO will participate in a session entitled Class Proceedings Act – Is Reform Needed?
