Larry Banack joined the LCO Board of Governors as Chair on July 1, 2009. He is a partner at Koskie Minsky LLP, and practices in the areas of commercial litigation, employment law, professional negligence and insurance litigation and mortgage enforcement; he is an arbitrator and mediator and a member of a number of organizations dedicated to conflict resolution. He is counsel to a number of law firms, a variety of corporate and individual clients, and is general advisor to various government funds and professional associations. He has been a Bencher of the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1995, and serves on the Ontario Bar Association’s governing council.
