Professor Mykitiuk began her six month tenure as the OHLS LCO Scholar in Residence on secondment from the faculty at Osgoode, on January 2, 2009. She will be developing a major consultation paper for the LCO’s project on on the development of a coherent approach to the law as it affects persons with disabilities.
