The Executive Director is responsible for the day to day operations of the LCO. Researchers include a Staff Lawyer and two Research Lawyers who carry out research, may coordinate major projects, engage in consultation and supervise student researchers from Ontario law schools.
The Ministry of the Attorney General seconds a counsel to the LCO each year and Osgoode Hall Law School seconds a faculty member for six month terms. Two administrative staff provide support for LCO operations and projects.
