Sue Gratton joined the LCO as a contract research lawyer in 2011. Sue spent the first 12 years of her career as a research lawyer in private practice. Over the course of her practice, she developed an interest in public law as it applies to social policy and this inspired her to return to school to do graduate studies. Dr. Gratton has published in administrative law and constitutional law and has taught at the University of Toronto and Osgoode Hall Law School.
