Division of Pensions Upon Marriage Breakdown

LCO RELEASES RECOMMENDATIONS IN DIVISION OF PENSIONS ON MARITAL BREAKDOWN STUDY

The LCO has released its final recommendations in relation to the division of pensions on marital breakdown and has presented them to the Ministry of the Attorney General for its consideration of appropriate amendments to the Family Law Act. 

The full final report in this project will be issued later in fall 2008.
