In furtherance of our ongoing project on the Law as it Affects Older Persons, the Law Commission of Ontario will be collaborating with the Canadian Centre for Elder Law and the Advocacy Centre for the Elderly to host the 5th annual Canadian Conference on Elder Law, held for the first time in Toronto, Onatrio.
The Conference will be held on Friday October 29 and Saturday October 30, 2010. The World Study Group on Elder Law will hold a pre-conference day on Thursday October 28th. The Conference and pre-conference day will be at the Delta Chelsea Hotel in downtown Toronto.
The Conference will bring together Canadian and international experts, academics, lawyers and advocates to promote and advance the discussion of elder law issues.
