The Law Commission of Ontario (LCO) is pleased to release two papers in our series of commissioned research from external experts across Canada. This initiative forms part of our project, Improving the Last Stages of Life, and it advances our mandate to stimulate critical public dialogue through novel empirical research.

Papers previously published and currently under review are listed on our website: http://www.lco-cdo.org/en/last-stages-of-life-commissioned-papers.

The views expressed in these commissioned papers do not necessarily reflect the views of the LCO, nor does the LCO take responsibility for their content.

The LCO’s discussion paper for the project will be released in early Spring 2017.
