The LCO is a member of The Action Group on Access to Justice (TAG), initiated by the Law Society of Upper Canada. Launched in June 2014, TAG is a community of people and institutions committed to working collaboratively to find new solutions to access to justice challenges. The LCO is also participating in a “social innovation lab” designed to improve access to justice in family law for persons with mental health needs, a partnership among the Winkler Institute at Osgoode Hall Law School, Legal Aid Ontario and the Ontario Psychological Association.
