Back on the website at last!

As some of you may know, we've had only partial use of our website since last July, more or less. While you could sometimes read what was on it, we couldn't add to, delete from or amend the site. What a loss of a crucial tool! I won't cry over unposted material, but instead let you know about the documents we've recently posted and what you can expect to see soon.

If you haven't already done so, you can now read the results in the family law consultations reported in a front page story by The Globe and Mail on September 17th. You can look at any of the ten research papers we commissioned in our family, POA and persons with disabilities projects. Find out about the wide range of topics covered at the 5th Annual Canadian Conference on Elder Law that we co-organized with the Canadian Centre for Elder Law and ACE.

The next issue of our newsletter, Liaison, will be out soon - with a new twist. We're initiating an on-line version to provide more opportunity for updated and extended stories. As far as project releases are concerned, next up are a consultation paper in the vulnerable workers project, the interim report in the POA project and a final report in the joint and several liability under the Ontario Business Corporations Act project. We look forward to your feedback!
