In January 2009, the LCO issued a Call for Papers related to its project on the Law as it Affects Older Adults. The Call closed on January 19, 2009. The LCO has funded the following three research projects:
1. The Advocacy Centre for the Elderly (ACE): Congregate Living and the Law as It Affects Older Adults
2. Margaret Hall: Developing an Anti-Ageist Approach Within Law
3. Charmaine Spencer: Ageism and the Law: Emerging Concepts and Practices in Housing and Health
