Counsel Ramani Nadarajah and Project Head of the LCO’s Environmental Accountability project will join other Ontario legal professionals as a speaker in the Ontario Bar Association’s upcoming legal conference on Municipal, Planning, and Environmental Law on February 10, 2023. Counsel Ramani will discuss the LCO’s Consultation Paper on Environmental Bill of Rights reform.
