Law Commission of Ontario Releases Commissioned Research Papers on the The Modernization of the Provincial Offences Act
In January 2010, the LCO issued a Call for Research Papers related to its project on The Modernization of the Provincial Offences Act. The Call closed on February 8, 2010.
The following two research papers were completed in response to the Call for Papers:

2. The Honourable Mr. Justice Rick Libman: SENTENCING PURPOSES AND PRINCIPLES FOR PROVINCIAL OFFENCES
