LCO Executive Director, Dr. Patricia Hughes will deliver the Windsor Yearbook of Access to Justice Distinguished Lecture on Monday, October 21, 2013. The Windsor Yearbook of Access to Justice is Windsor Law’s faculty run peer-reviewed journal and previous lecturers have included Claudio Grossman, William Schabas, Judy Fudge and Carl Stychin.
