On Thursday, November 10th, the Law Commission of Ontario (LCO) will release its Final Report and recommendations on the Modernization of the Provincial Offences Act. This is the fourth final report for the LCO, which was launched in September 2007.
A briefing on the Report and recommendations will be provided for media and stakeholders. Murray Segal, Deputy Attorney General of the province of Ontario will receive the Final Report and The Honourable Justice Rick Libman of the Ontario Court of Justice will make a few comments. This event will be in English only.
