The Law Commission of Ontario (LCO) is pleased to announce that the Commission has received more than 20 public submissions in response to its Class Actions: Objectives, Experiences and Reforms consultation paper. The submissions are available on the LCO website.
The formal consultation period for the Class Actions project is now closed. The LCO would like to thank everyone who made a written submission to the project.
