We are pleased to announce that the Commission has received more than 20 public submissions to its Class Actions: Objectives, Experiences and Reforms consultation paper. The LCO expects to post a small number of additional submissions in July.  The submissions represent the views of a broad cross-section of stakeholders.

The LCO would like to thank everyone who made a written submission to the project.  We would also like to thank the many individuals and organizations who have met with the Commission over the last several months.  The formal consultation period for the Class Actions project is now closed.  The LCO will provide further updates as the project progresses.
